SIA-licensed officers, checked before deployment
All personnel undertaking licensable security activities will hold the correct valid SIA licence for their role.
A written assignment plan agreed before anyone starts
Coverage, responsibilities, reporting and escalation arrangements are set out in writing and agreed with you first.
One named contact, with reporting tailored to your site
Reporting is tailored to each assignment, including incident reports, daily occurrence records and scheduled performance summaries where appropriate.

A walk-through of your premises to identify vulnerabilities, traffic patterns and the outcomes you need.

The assessment is translated into a written plan: coverage, personnel profile, procedures, reporting and clear costs.

Coverage will be agreed according to each assignment’s requirements, with response arrangements defined in your service plan.
